The house just got a little fuller.

The Netflix original series “Fuller House” brings back the family we all loved and wanted to be a part of with the sequel. If you loved “Full House,” you might be intrigued to find what’s in store when you watch the original cast return in the first episode.

“Fuller House” picks up about 29 years after the end of “Full House.” Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) has been helping daughter D.J. (Candice Cameron Bure) raise her three boys, as she is newly widowed. When Danny decides to take a job in Los Angeles, D.J. is overwhelmed by the thought of raising her kids on her own. Younger sister, Stephanie (Jodie Steewin), comes to the rescue, leaving a successful career in the music industry.

Also coming to her aid is D.J.’s best friend, Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), who is a newly- divorced mother of a 13- year -old daughter, Ramona (Soni Niccole Bringas), She jumps right into being a part of the Fuller household to help out.

If you weren’t a fan of the original “Full House,” this won’t be the version that gets you to love it. However, it does try to keep the same principles and family values of its predecessor.  The show gives life lessons of what family is and what it means to be a helping hand in hard times. Though it has the same values, the show focuses more on the lives of the adults, rather than on the children in the show.

The series throws in “Full House” adults in almost every episode. Joey (Dave Coulier) comes to babysit, while Danny comes in to check up on the house and his daughters. Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) and Aunt Becky (Lori Loughlin) come to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, bringing back the family that we laughed and cried with from “Full House.” But the story only gets better when the focus goes to the bond between D.J., Stephanie and Kimmy as the new Danny, Joey and Jesse.

Though the first episode is slow, and it takes watching the second and third episodes to get into it, “Fuller House” does get better. It is a show that will entertain the whole family. It will have you laughing and smiling the whole way through.

I was skeptical of the show coming back, but I can say proudly that I am now a fan of “Fuller House”. I cannot wait to see what’s to come next from this crazy, dysfunctional family.

The show is a must-see in my book. In fact, the show has received such a great response from fans that they have already announced that the show will have a second season next year.
